Head of Professional Service & Connectivity M/F/d
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Global professional service operations responsibility to drive continued accretive growth for the medical device service business of a global market leader in Radiology with accountability to drive differentiated professional services, customer success and subscription tracking, global price policy, customer engagement and global execution excellence.
- Drive the transformation to an IIOT connected device service operations including the design and operations of the enabling architecture, provide the execution blueprint to ensure customers get connected and stay connected, building on the success of previous years in key markets and drive it to become our global standard.
- Organize the data architecture and effective enabling IIOT platform architecture to ensure our installed base of medical devices is connected with the remote service Technical Assistance Centers and connected cloud data solution platforms including the accountable management of related thirdparty providers and ensure effective patch management operations with our installed base of medical devices.
- Lead the global professional service and connectivity community including the functional leadership of regional connectivity managers and regional professional service managers.
- Ensure compliant operations with respect to data privacy and cybersecurity including HIPAA and GDPR in close collaboration with the Radiology Cybersecurity Team.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and teaming up with Global Solutions, Global Brand Management, and Global OEM Management for synergistic outcomebased solutions to customers.
- Establish strong networks and seek advice from internal stakeholders, key external thought leaders, and industrial experts and lead continuous efforts to obtain real customer insights and competitive intelligence to define and underpin the professional service offering along customer needs.
- Provide input into cost budgeting process and manage marketing and operating costs efficiently, prioritizing on those activities which bring the highest value/return.
WHO YOU ARE
- Versatile leader, obsessed with the opportunities of digital industrial operations, partnering with crossfunctional, agile teams, and driven to deliver and promote excellence in professional services to our customers
- Master's degree in computer science/ Engineering/Business Administration or relevant business experience
- Established successful track record in leading Industrial Internet of Things and service operation teams, ideally with a strong background in operating an installed base of Medical Devices
- Proven ability to work in a large international company with a matrix organization
- Proven ability to be a selfstarter and comfortable working in virtual teams, vigilant and adaptable to changing market dynamics, identify market opportunities and threats
- Able to travel internationally to global key customers, and regional congresses
- Excellent command of English (verbal & written)
