Chemical Lab

Tasks:

Lead the quality mindset within the Nanotube team, sharing your knowledge of quality assurance principles.
Review the QA related documentation of Nanotube department and support the development of new documentation or improvement of the current documentation.
Review product requirements and specifications to aid in identification of potential issues or risks when developing emitter modules.
Inspection and monitoring of all stages of production to identify and resolve issues to meet quality standards.
Handling incoming goods inspections according to VEC and quality requirements and documenting the results.
Undertaking internal and external audits. As part of this, ensure that documented evidence is prepared, and available for the Auditor.

Your profile:

You have undertaken an apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) plus Quality Assurance and/or chemical lab assistance. Alternatively, you have a Bachelor of Science degree, OR Process Engineering OR Materials Science.

Work experience in the medical industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 13485 is advantageous.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively work and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
You also have the experience of working in a multicultural environment.
You possess a diplomatic attitude; you respect different perspectives and consider these when coming to a resolution.
You are open to receiving and giving feedback to build trust, transparency and motivate your colleagues.
You are able to work in a rapidly changing, reactive business environment.
Very good English skills (QA documents and audits are in English). German is a great advantage.
