Ihre Aufgaben

Advising our international guests on room enquiries, quotations, sale of hotel rooms and additional services
Booking and confirmation and control of reservations for our 2 hotels, maintenance of prices and reservation systems.
Commission control and accounting
Support and induction of our trainees

Wir erwarten

We expect

Knowledge of a common PMS opera is an advantage
High resilience and assertiveness
First knowledge of employee and team leadership
High sense of responsibility and very good manners
Reliability

- a well-groomed appearance
- strong service orientation and an eye for detail
- good communication skills in German and English (Dutch language skills are an advantage)
