And we'd love for you to join our international team in Munich as a Client Service Director (M/F/d):

Aufgaben

As a Client Service Director you will:

Successfully lead international client relationships with seven-digit-budgets
Lead a team of Account Managers, Creatives and Freelance partners to deliver a multitude of projects on time, in budget and with a high quality standard exceeding the client's expectations
Consult the client's senior stakeholders and give them sound advice on what (and what not) to do
Roll up his or her sleeves and get things done during crunch time
Have a strong financial, analytical and creative understanding
Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients in a fastpaced environment
Help shape our agency culture

Qualifikation

What we'd like you to bring to PACIFIC:

At least eight years' experience working in a marketing agency or dynamic client environment
Have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen
Run client relationships independently endtoend
Share a passion for project delivery, budgets and processes
Be able to juggle several projects at once
Play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
Curious and eager to learn new stuff
Engage and lead a client (and project teams in general of course)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
