YOUR ROLE:

Work in an international team responsible for creating an immersive customer experience and develop digital and physical proofpoints for Henkel adhesive technologies to give customers a better understanding of our portfolio in the newly created inspiration center
Support the customer experience team to organize, customize and host various customers and internal visitors in the inspiration center
Assist in tracking relevant KPI in the customer experience to further improve the experience and develop new content flows and ideas for future adaptations
Manage the workflow of visits, also behind the scenes, in organizing, distributing and manage personal protective equipment
Support the event team by contributing in hosting and event managing, including collaboration and management of various internal stakeholders or external agencies
Work with agencies to create digital or physical creative assets and explore innovative content opportunities
Collaborate with open or crowd sourced content providers to deliver innovative approaches to content generation, e.g. storytelling

YOUR SKILLS:

Student who has successfully passed first semesters in economics, marketing, communications, sustainability studies or related fields
Excellent English language skills, German and other languages are beneficial
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Selfmotivated with a high level of independence and outgoing personality with commercial attitude
A creative and responsible teamplayer who thinks in terms of solutions

We offer you an attractive salary between € gross per month.

The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
