Currently we are looking for a
Head of Merchandise Planning (M/F/x) to support our Merchandise team in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

You develop and implement strategic merchandise plans aligned with company goals and objectives
You will create a seasonal range plan, aligned with the key stakeholders
You define buying, planning and pricing strategies based on customer preferences, market trends and competitive analysis
You collaborate with buying, marketing as well as CPO & CFO to ensure seamless execution of merchandise plans
You monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
You define and own the Merchandising KPI's aligned to the wider business strategy
You lead, mentor, and develop the merchandise planning team

Our requirements:

You bring 8+ years of professional experience in assortment and merchandise planning, ideally in the fashion sector and have some experience in leadership
You ideally have experience in the endtoend process of Collection Creation
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make strategic recommendations
You describe yourself as detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
You are creative in the development of new solutions and have a strong ability to assert yourself
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and speak English on a professional level
