Your mission

You will be part of our current 3-person People & Relations team whose mission is to make all employees proud to be LetMeShipper.

To achieve this, we make sure that all employees have the tools they need to work well and contribute to the success of the company.

As a working student (M/F/d) or intern (M/F/d) in Recruiting, you will join our team as soon as possible and help us to inspire the best talents and make their start with us a great experience.

Your key responsibilities:

Endtoend recruiting: You support us in the recruiting process from the advertisement to the end of the probationary period.
Project Management: You support us in the preparation, implementation and followup of P&R projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

What you need to succeed

You study Brewing? Ufology? Walking sciences? It doesn't matter If your heart beats for recruiting and you want to gain experience, let's talk
You should be a properly enrolled student and be available to us for 6 months as an intern or at least 1 year as a working student (20 h/week).
Have you already gained some experience in recruiting? Great Otherwise, we'll teach you what you need to know.
You are a passionate team player, but can also work independently on projects.
You speak German and English with pleasure and confidence.
