What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

During your program you ́ll dive into different functions and areas within Global Operations and learn about our Operating Model and key processes
Your projects will focus on operational excellence and environmental health and safety topics
You will actively work on your development, which is supported by a (Senior) Leader Mentor including ambition talks, coaching sessions, & performing reviews
You will participate in common trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual program
Additionally, you will be part of the Global Graduate Network

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

An excellent degree in Engineering, Natural Science or similar
First professional experience in relevant fields (e.g. through Internship) with continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic cando attitude
Strong analytical skills
Fluency in English
And the strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader in our company
