We're looking for you to join the Customer Engagement Team as soon as possible as

What you'll do

You'll be joining the talented team that ensures we successfully conceptualize, plan, coordinate, execute and monitor customer communication
You will support the sports and fiction campaign managers as well as our UX designer in their daytoday tasks (e.g. planning, segmentation, briefing/execution, offer creation, monitoring, optimizing)
You'll support the campaign management coordination process ensuring an efficient flow of information using different project management tools
You'll support the team with adhoc requests
You'll have a chance to work in the CRM tools and implement customer journey and communication optimizations
You'll take part in AB testing ensuring we are always maximizing our content and offering and constantly drawing new learnings
As part of our team, you can contribute with your own ideas and further develop yourself

What you'll bring

You're currently studying marketing, business administration, media management, communication or similar. Ideally, you've already gained experience in customer engagement, CRM or marketing in previous internships
Your working style can be described as independent, structured, solution

- and goal-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality

You have a good combination of creative and analytical skills it's exciting for you to analyse and interpret data, and you use MS Excel and PowerPoint to prepare and structure your data
You'll bring a good feeling for language, an understanding of graphics, an eye for detail and an interest in entertainment and sports topics
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, as well as very good MS Office skills set you apart
Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
