**Lead Solution Architect (m/w/d)

1 day office per week in Augsburg**
Responsibility:
You will lead a highly skilled team of solution architects, systems engineers, and developers.
You and your team implement tailormade enterprise content and information management solutions for our customers based on our frameworks and modern open source components.
In doing so, you will ensure clear architectural principles in order to create the basis for achieving quality and service goals
You will provide handson support in development, testing, and deployment, and actively contribute to the advancement of our frameworks by evaluating and integrating new technologies and best practices.
In an agile project environment, you will work closely with project managers, specialist and IT departments of our customers and ensure the technical implementation and the achievement of the project goals.

Skills should be present

The basis for your success is a degree in computer engineering or business informatics or a comparable education.
You have several years of experience in solution design and/or implementation of enterprise content and information management solutions.
The focus of your knowledge is on Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Json, XML, as well as , Spring, SQL and NoSQL databases.
You are familiar with cloudbased deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Wi-Fi.
Ideally, you already have experience in leading a team.
As a team player, you have good communication skills and experience working with nearshore teams.
You are fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
