Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Serve as the legal point of contact for C&A HR teams and advises the HR team on legal matters such as employment, social security and pensions.
  • Manage employee disputes and litigation for leadership with or without the assistance of outside counsel, depending on the circumstances
  • Draft and negotiate employmentrelated agreements
  • Review and develop employee policies and procedures for the European group
  • Develop and conduct training to the HR community on new regulation, compliance topics, etc
  • Lead, Coach and develop the European Employment Law team members

What we expect of you

  • Fully qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of similar experience in a law firm or corporate environment
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize competing demands from many internal stakeholders
  • Effective clientcounseling skills plus strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
