In this role you will lead the agencies scientific content team and reports to the Medical Director.

The Head of Scientific Content will manage client relationships at a senior medical level to ensure client satisfaction and the agency's scientific content business.


You will:

  • Be an expert in the medical areas of the client's business and be the primary medical contact for the client
  • Provide oversight and strategic guidance to ensure best approach and successful delivery of scientific content projects
  • Take ownership of the agency's scientific content and the strategic development of the medical team
  • Oversee the strategic and tactical planning of scientific communications and provide guidance to all agency teams
  • Provide leadership as the daytoday and longterm champion of the scientific output, both internally and externally

Essential Requirements:


  • Strong medical communications experience spanning multiple therapy areas
  • Scientific background (preferably MD, Biology, Pharmacy or similar)
  • Experience in leading teams

Desired Requirements:


  • PhD/Dr.
  • Experience in strategic thinking and communications planning
  • Experience in engaging with scientific stakeholders (medical Teams on client slide, key opinion leaders, scientific advisors)
