SUMMARY

This role is a Process Owner for Inventory, Warehousing, and Delivery (IWD) It is a critical role leading the development, deployment, and evolution of warehouse process enablement and continuous improvement efforts in the supply chain organization.

This role will serve as the global process owner for the IWD workstream and manage a delivery process-focused team to identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse processes across all ADM regions to drive short and long-term strategic goals related to growth enablement, value delivery, and global process/system harmonization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the governance and development of their subprocess across the enterprise. Collaborate with their peers to ensure effective and efficient operations. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and delivers change for their subprocess in alignment with the goals of the E2E process
Is an expert on all levels of the process and understands its endtoend function, interactions, and dependencies with other processes
Define and communicate a clear vision for subprocess across the operating model
Support the Global Process Owner in the execution of a global strategy for an endtoend process including associated policies and technologies
Assist in developing the KPIs for subprocesses
Monitor performance of subprocess and identifies areas for improvement
Participate in process governance (as needed) to provide input on items such as process scope and assist in resolving operational issues
Drive and contributes to the development of future state of the endtoend business process design at the subprocess level
Develop and translate subprocess strategy into operational goals and objectives
Collaborate with corporate functions, data owners, and peers to ensure consistency and alignment across policy, process, and data
Responsible for providing change champions and supers users with the training and skills to coach and train others in the proper execution of the process
Enable supply chain to generate productivity savings and operational improvements by proactively partnering with regional and site leaders
Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across Warehouse COE
Articulate causal connection between supply chain organization metrics and warehouse process metrics, and set effective improvement targets, monitor trends, and address gaps for key warehouse metrics
Build a high performing team and engaging work environment to develop and coach direct and indirect reports
Hire and lead changeinclined and analytical warehouse and continuous improvement team
Foster an environment of empowerment for warehouse professionals that drives engagement and inspires others to own and drive results
Operate as an expert of analytical and problemsolving concepts to identify and manage efforts and coach warehouse teams
Identify and manage continuous improvement projects that create value for ADMs customers
Bring deep continuous improvement experience with methodologies (such as Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen), and strong hypothesis development and statistical skills
