TASKS:


  • Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of new product developments (worldwide) by implementing and further developing the Innovation Management of the Rail Vehicle Division
  • Global market and technology monitoring of the rail vehicle industry, derivation of relevant trends and scenarios
  • Deriving innovation strategies and concrete recommendations for action
  • Preparation of decision papers/presentations for the management with clear structure and high information condensation
  • Generation of ideas based on trends, scenarios and strategies, together with development
- and sales-departments

  • Forming of a central interface between market/sales and development
  • Identification of optimization potentials in the global portfolio of innovation projects
  • Examination of the commercial feasibility of development projects
  • Support for project prioritization and resource allocation

REQUIREMENTS:


  • University degree with business and / or technical background
  • Several years of experience in the field of innovation management, R&D, sales, business development, market intelligence, project management or similar
  • Strong teamwork, moderation, and networking skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to summarize, present and communicate complex topics
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proactive and independent working style, persuasiveness, intercultural competence
  • Experience in management consulting desirable
