Technical System Planner / BIM Modeler - TGA - Building Services (m/f/d)



Berlin



We are looking for a Technical System Planner / BIM Modeler - TGA - Building Services to join our Technical Building Equipment (TGA) team in Berlin. Your location is Berlin and there is an option for partial remote work.



What to expect:


  • Modeling of systems and elements of TGA disciplines, ideally focusing on sanitary engineering
  • Handling daily modeling and coordination tasks
  • Conducting collision checks and resolving clashes
  • Self-checking your work to ensure compliance with modeling conventions

What you ideally bring:


  • Years of experience in modeling building services (TGA) systems
  • Experience with German projects
  • Proficiency in REVIT MEP and creating REVIT families, knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, MagiCad
  • Advantageous: familiarity with Dynamo
  • Good knowledge of HOAI phases
  • Experience in multidisciplinary work in construction and strong teamwork skills
  • Good German skills, English skills desirable
