We are a medium-sized German company with 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of rugged, reliable cameras and mobile electronics.

Motec is part of AMETEK Inc, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical products.

To strengthen our team in the Order Processing area, we are looking for a full-time

Employee (M/F/d) Order Processing - ID 198318

What tasks await you at our company?

Processing of our domestic and foreign orders (from order entry to invoicing)
Order clarification in cooperation with various internal departments
Telephone and written customer correspondence in German and English
Temporary takeover of the telephone switchboard
Preparation of export and customs documents

What do we expect from you?

Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience in the field of order processing desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Very good knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of MS Navision is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility as well as a solutionoriented way of working
Team spirit as well as independent working style in a global environment
