**About the role: **We're seeking a Head of Account Management for iGP, your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize client relationships within the iGaming industry. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with departmental heads across Customer Support, Payments, and Technical Development to ensure alignment and the implementation of best practices.

**What You'll Do: - Take ownership of managing white label and turnkey client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Define a strategic vision for the account management team, fostering growth and excellence while providing strong leadership and mentorship.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous performance standards and KPIs for both yourself and your team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strategically identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities within our client base through effective upselling, managed services, and the introduction of new features.
  • Collaborate with the CCO to identify and convert leads into successful partnerships, leveraging your industry expertise and network.
  • Serve as a company ambassador at industry events and networking forums, cultivating relationships and promoting our brand within the iGaming community.
  • Continuously refine and optimize customer management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Proactively gather and analyze client feedback to anticipate evolving business needs and inform product development strategies.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on client performance metrics, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and profitability enhancement.
  • Ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the account management department, maintaining a high standard of customer service while driving operational efficiency.
**About You: - Experience in the iGaming industry and in account management is mandatory.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with at least 2 years of experience in leading and developing highperforming teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Indepth understanding of the iGaming industry, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional client management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to leverage insights to drive decisionmaking and optimize performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
