Position can be remote anywhere within Western Europe or the United Kingdom.

Tasks

  • Realtime training of pro audio dealers, distributors and users of all levels, professional and novice alike, at their place of business or designated facility, on stage, at trade events or via virtual sessions online.
  • Create training and related support materials (video, text, illustration, etc.) to enhance user experience, transfer knowledge and build confidence.
  • Support regional Sales management to help facilitate sales, address productrelated questions and concerns, and help expedite resolution of customers' technical issues.
  • Provide input to Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Technical Support teams regarding user experience, market intelligence and product roadmap development.
  • Provide accurate and timely field reports to Regional Sales Management and factory Marketing and Training teams.
  • Responsible for demo inventory movement and management.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years' practical experience with contemporary live sound reinforcement products and systems.
  • Expert knowledge of audio technology as it relates to live sound.
  • Demonstrated expertise in video production (Adobe CC preferred).
  • Outstanding presentation skills coupled with an outgoing, charismatic personality.
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills with solid command of the English language.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and service mindset.
  • Team oriented, with the ability to work effectively and independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and excel under pressure.

Eligibility:


  • Must have a clean and current driver's license and valid passport.
  • Must be willing to travel by air, rail or automobile within Europe and the United Kingdom, often on short notice.
  • Must reside near a major transportation hub in Europe or the United Kingdom.
  • Must be willing to travel to the United States on occasion.
