Allemagne- Düsseldorf- To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf (Derendorf) with currently 14 employees, we are looking for a retail (LEH) personAssistant Key Account Management (M/F/d) (full-time)As the contact person for the assigned key accounts, you will support the key account team in handling regular day-to-day business.

- Support in looking after the assigned food retail customers
- Correspondence with trading and logistic partners as well as the headquarters in Belgium
- Maintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices and conditions (SAP)
- Order processing and coordination (SAP) in coordination with the logistics department and key account management
- Provision of relevant turnover/sales reports and special analyses
- Support in the preparation of customer appointments as well as maintenance, followup and evaluation of campaign agreements
- Independent maintenance, billing and documentation of condition agreements as well as responsibility for customerspecific invoice control & tracking of open items
- Customerspecific complaints management
- Processing and processing of end consumer concerns and complaints
- Internal inventory management of goods to process customer and enduser inquiries
- Coordination of office processes, mail processing, testing and independent management of office supply for the Düsseldorf location as well as support with vehicle fleet management and general contracting
- Coordination of tasks and coordination processes in the context of team events, etc. Acceptance of inquiries via our switchboard

- Academic degree or commercial training
- Knowledge of working with SAP and MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of spoken and written English
