For our Global Training Team we are looking for a new working student to support us here in Erlangen, Germany.

What you will do:

Learning design and educational innovation research
Evaluation of elearning materials
Lean documentation of training content
Script writing with given input by process owners, storyboard creation, and development by collaborating with different departments around the globe
Collaborates with technical personnel to resolve issues
Creation of interactive training material

What you bring:

Your experience:

Enrolled student in the field of communication, psychology, digital design, computer science, instructional design and technology, educational technology, education, distance education, or educational administration
Experience with eLearning creation tools: e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.

Your personal competencies:

High affinity for tool handling
Creativity and fun to work in a team
Very good English skills
