Specific Tasks:


  • Responsible for administering the following categories of tests to eligible military and civilian personnel and their dependents as authorized by AFIADL, DLPT, USAFE and local regulations
  • Prepare testing room before testing
  • Verify examinee identification, provide testing instructions, ensure examinee compliance with testing regulations, and verify examinee signature on testing log
  • Collect and prepare testing answer sheets for shipping
  • Provide administrative support by ensuring testing room and materials are secured, statistical data is collected and reported, testing irregularities are resolved, correspondence and documents are maintained, reports are provided as required, and maintain testing schedule.

Education and Certifications

  • Associates Degree

Must possess a base ID card and have access to Ramstein AB

Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent customer service,
  • Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills
- proficient with U.S. Air Force mandatory and voluntary off-duty education programs to include Career Development Course (CDC) End of Course exams, Air Force Professional Military Education (PME) testing programs, Air Education & Training Command Distributed Learning Service (AETC ADLS) testing programs, Defense Language Proficiency Testing (DLPT), Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certifications, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)/Air Force Classification Test (AFCT), and Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT)
