    What you'll do

    • You will be driving global template developments, roll-outs, upgrades and optimizations of complex CRM, CPQ, E-Commerce or Customer Service solutions
    • You will lead the project planning and as set-up as well as testing and Go-Live, including qualitative documentation (e.g. Project Charters, Project Communication plans etc.)
    • You will plan, control and report on budget, milestones and customer satisfaction
    • You will act as functional lead to IT process managers, application specialists, developers, testers, key users and vendors
    • You will partner with SMEs across IT, Business, Compliance, Data Governance, Legal to deliver solutions that will drive maximum value and adoption across the business

    Who you are

    • You have an university degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related field, underscoring a strong educational background
    • You have successfully led multiple complex IT projects in multinational corporations (ideally focused on Salesforce solution implementations)
    • You are experienced in managing complex, integrated IT processes and market leading B2B solutions in the areas of CRM, CPQ, Customer Service or the like
    • You are skilled in various process and project management tools and methods e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, PRINCE2, SCRUM, with relevant certifications
    • You are recognized for a detail-oriented, goal-focused work ethic, coupled with exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders and the ability to navigate and resolve conflicts at all organizational levels.
