Job Description:

We are looking for a working student/intern to provide support to the Group Lead Total Rewards in the Group People team based in Berlin, Germany.

This work is ideal for you if you already have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and has experience with, or are willing to learn aspects of the compensation topics within the Human Resources function of an organization.

Responsibilities/mission:

Gather, consolidate, and provide analysis on confidential compensationrelated information throughout the Group (Compensation policies, Longterm incentive plans, shortterm incentives practices)
Provide support in the management of our equity incentive programs (prepare the launch campaign, proceed to the calculations, gather the confidential information from our entities)
Provide support during the Shortterm incentive annual campaign (calculation, control and followup)
Assists with the internal grading review
Provide internal compensation data to our market data provider
Provide support to the finance team and external auditors with relevant compensationrelated information.
Adhoc projects and data analysis

Qualifications:

Excellent English language skills both spoken and written. German is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Proactively engaged in gathering information from international crossfunctional teams as you will have the opportunity to work with US, France, UK, Spain,
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work without the need for detailed guidance
Analytical with attention to detail with emphasis on quality and accuracy of information
Capable of treating confidential information as confidential and with integrity and respect
You are up to finish your studies in an university degree in a field related to human resources, finance or business administration
Ideally, you have a first professional experience or knowledge in Compensation and Benefits related topics, with an understanding of HRrelated processes as well as experience working in an international or multicultural environment
