About the role:

  • As an addition to our Sales team we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive DACH (M/F/d)

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • You sell a complex and exciting SaaS product that is unique on the market when it comes to website user experience. You present our software to digital marketers, online stores and agencies and negotiate up to Clevel. You will work closely with our product team and have the opportunity to actively shape the software.
  • Benefit from our excellent reputation in the marketing sector we are already working with wellknown customers.
  • Your tasks:
  • You independently close your deals with our B2B Enterprise customers for our focus market DACH and work together with your Business Development Partner on your pipeline generation
  • You achieve your goals through proactive pipeline management and initiative in winning new customers
  • You conduct negotiations independently and actively promote your sales process from the first contact to the discovery call and the preparation of the offer to the signing of the contract
  • Your main goal: You convince leads of the added value of our SaaS software solution (made in Germany) through value selling and thus actively contribute to the further growth of Ryte
  • You present our software virtually and individually based on use cases
  • Together with the Customer Success Team you are responsible for the contract renewal and churn rate and can thus build longterm relationships with the customers
  • You will work with the team to develop strategies to target new customer segments and industries and work on new projects and sales approaches to help us grow every day
    Required skills & Expertise:
  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in software sales on the German-speaking market (SaaS preferred) or in a comparable industry
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation: You are able to connect with people in a short period of time and bring your creative ideas to the table
  • You have experience in negotiations with enterprise customers and purchasing processes
  • You have experience in pipeline management with a CRM system (ideally with Salesforce)
  • You have a KPIdriven and detailoriented approach to work
  • You understand the customer's challenges and provide solution approaches through appropriate use cases
  • Determination, independence and a desire for a tech environment: with your intrinsic motivation, you not only advance yourself, but also the team
  • You live team spirit instead of an elbow mentality
  • You have native German and good English skills
