We also support the work of the group companies with various functional areas, such as Compliance, Controlling, IT, Legal, Tax, Risk Control, HR, and Communications.

For our Holding, Neumann Gruppe GmbH, we are looking for a HR Specialist Workday & HR Data (f/m/d).

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will maintain, develop, and support our HR system, Workday, and play a crucial part in HR Data.

You will work closely with our global HR team to ensure data quality, implement HR projects, and develop and control HR KPIs.

The position will be based in Hamburg (Hafencity) and reports directly to the Director Group HR.


Responsibilities:


  • Data is Key: Establish the newly created role of HR Controller (M/F/d) within the organization
  • Be the Go-To:
Serve as the first point of contact for global HR responsibles regarding Workday inquiries and issues, providing second level support

  • Streamline & Enhance:

Assist in the further development of Workday, focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes (all modules like HCM, Absences, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent,...).

- Ensure Quality: Develop a common global understanding of HR data quality and tailor existing processes to enhance Workday's USP for the organization

  • Collaborate Globally:
Define and develop global HR controlling processes and support the development of HR KPIs

  • Analyze & Act:
Create ad-hoc analyses to support HR decision-making and drive data-informed strategies.


Profile:


  • Workday Expertise: Proven experience with HR systems, particularly Workday
  • Analytical Mindset:
Strong analytical skills and experience in HR controlling

  • Communicate & Collaborate:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Independent & Driven:
Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Fluent & Multilingual:
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
