We are looking for a Head of Global Product Sales
(f,m,d):

ITT RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH is a pump specialist in demand worldwide, whose products are successful in international competition due to the outstanding variety of materials and designs.

As an expert with experience and the highest level of material competence in metal, plastic and ceramics, we produce with approx.

260 employees at two locations, individually according to customer requirements for the worldwide needs of chemical process engineering. We are part of the ITT Inc. family.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategic Leadership:


  • Develop Sales & Marketing strategy for individual ITT product lines
  • Integrate regular Sales Activities as a driver to market, provide daily strategic support to Regional Sales and Customers by delivering technical information and proposals for the assigned products
  • Overall global responsibility for Product Sales performance margins for the assigned product lines
  • Provide commercial, technical, supply chain and financial leadership for specific ITT product lines to drive sustainable, profitable growth
  • Provide input and guidance to Executive Director Sales and coordinate with Regional Sales and marketing teams to establish regional market entry / and overall strategic direction for the Region & Product
  • Supports Executive Director Sales in developing growth playbooks for the assigned products

Product Line Promotion:


  • Develop and maintain annual "Product Sales Plan" for assigned product(s) including implementation of action plans targeted to maximize order bookings and improve portfolio profitability
  • Responsible for collaborating with Regional Sales to develop sales and order forecasting for the assigned products
  • Maintenance of Electronic Pricebook and Support Technical Manual in ePRISM

Market Analysis:


  • Leads analysis on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
  • Maintains a strong understanding of ITT's markets, customer needs and competitive offerings

Collaborative Support:


  • Provide crossfunctional leadership to help prioritize activities for resources in Product & Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Bid Management, Project Management etc.
  • Provide direct mentoring and guidance to develop Product Specialists and other stakeholders of Regional Sales & Customers to develop stronger and broader support for the assigned products.

Your Profil:


  • 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Product Management or Engineering in the engineered products industry
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, MBA is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Centrifugal and axial pumps, rotating equipment design and manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Extensive experience providing product sales leadership in a matrix environment
  • Exposure to sales management and strategic plans to maximize value while balancing opportunities and risks
