We're seeking a future team member for the role of a Senior Associate to join our Fund Accounting Trustee & Depository Team.

This role is located in Germany Frankfurt as HYBRID (3 days working from office, 2 from home).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Actively analyses processes, and in conjunction with the other parties involved, works to improve processes, making them as efficient as possible.
  • Assist the Manager in the daytoday operations of the team and deputise in their absence
  • Self
  • Driven and responsible person to fully complete assigned tasks
  • Act as role model for other team members and execute best practice
  • Good communicator and Team playing spirit is a must.
  • Represent the business at Client Diligence and Service Review Meetings
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Significant work experience (> 5 years)
  • Open minded approach to understand Fund Accounting related processes to be able to understand how your job will impact clients and other departments of the company
  • Preferred to have Process Improvement experiences/ skills, e.g. to design/establish new detailed processes, Documentation skills, e.g. procedures/manual
  • Product knowledge, i.e. Equities, Fixed income, OTC, ETD, SWAPS (beneficial
  • Good written / verbal English and German skills
