The
EMEA Marketing team is responsible for designing, developing and implementing the key pillars of this transformation.

This team also leads and establishes the regional marketing strategy and provides market and portfolio insights to the rest of the organization, including our executive leadership.


As Omnichannel (OC) Program Associate Director, you will be part of the OC office and will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the implementation of the Omnichannel commercial model across markets.


You will work closely with market leaders to:
- coordinate program delivery and help cascade it and tailor it according to market specific needs,
- support implementation by being the first point of contact for omnichannel and by coaching,
- design, execute and supervise performance management of the OC program,
- ensure OC program continuous improvement,
- be responsible for releasing OC products that meets the customer's needs in line with the OC program aspirations.

You will be in charge of defining and prioritizing requirements, coordinating and overseeing their implementation across markets, and ensuring continuous improvement by addressing feedback from customers and markets


How You Create Impact:


  • Drive the inmarket roll out of the OC program together with the local leadership team
  • Act as a partner/first point of contact to the country leadership team for the OC capabilities implementation
  • Define market specific targets for the OC program and the respective roadmap and milestones
  • Support the overall program execution and provide guidance and coaching to markets
  • Set up and supervise the OC program governance, as well as leading and lagging KPIs to track execution and impact
  • Coordinate initiative portfolio and help optimize resource allocation across initiative.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • 10+ years of experience in working in GTM implementation / Transformation Office roles
  • Previous professional experience in Sales or Commercial excellence functions and preferred experience in implementing Omnichannel Commercial Model
  • Experience in establishing and leading Remote/Digital Sales Models (i.e., Inside sales/Telesales) and Lead Management process and business routines (i.e., through CRM and Digital Marketing)
  • Ability to define aspirations, set targets, create implementation roadmaps, monitor progress, capture feedback and communicate effectively with multiple business areas
  • Experience in MedTech industry

What Will Make You Successful:


  • Experience with selling and implementing strategies on a national/international basis within the healthcare environment is a must
  • Experience in Change Management and Project Management (e.g., Agile certifications).
  • Fluent English and one other European language will be a plus
  • Charismatic personality and high energy lever
  • Excellence communication and presentation skills in terms of nudging and influencing
  • Strong implementer with the ability to drive execution
  • Critical and strategic thinker
