Summary Statement:
In this position, your goal is to industrialize new, innovative products together with the 18-member team. You will be part of development projects and responsible for continuously improving different processes at our site in Königsee.


Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will ensure a smooth industrialization of our products including the transition to series production
• The optimization and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes is one of your main tasks
• Together with the team, you will be involved in the development of global strategies and the definition of standards.
• In order to ensure longterm success, you will be responsible for the further development and motivation of the employees in your area.
• From an economic point of view, you will develop and track various KPIs and implement effective and efficient processes in line with our LEAN orientation.
• In addition, you will further develop your area technologically especially with regard to aspects of digitalization

Profile:

• A successfully completed degree in economics or engineering is the basis for your success
• You have many years of experience in industrial production planning and work preparation
• In your previous career you have several years of experience in team leadership
• You have indepth knowledge of LEAN management and ideally REFA training
• We expect you to have a good working knowledge of current IT systems, in particular SAP (PP and MM).
• Since you also work with international interfaces, a good command of German and English (at least B2) is required.
• Overall, you are characterized by a high level of quality awareness, a strong customer orientation and a strategic and holistic way of thinking.
