For our customer, we are searching for a Senior Business Process Expert (M/F/d). The customer has a battery laboratory in Garching/Munich and is in the process of opening further laboratories. Therefore, internal processes are to be harmonized within a new system.

For further actions, the customer needs consult on IT Tools, as well as Business Processes in order to reach the best possible an extent of 10% (twice in 3 months), it is necessary to travel to Detroit/USA.

The other 90% can mostly be done remotely, or in appointed cases in Munich. The project will be until with an option for contract extension and offer for permanent contract.

Aufgaben

Closely working with the IT project leader and prospective users forming the management team
Assess current process and system, and formulate business needs relating to system development as User Story
Set up and run reengineering workshop and document conclusions (\* include subsequent update / actual implementation) in BPMN format
Analyze fulfilment of battery operations requirements through inhouse and external services
Interaction with development and endconsumer to monitor the implementation process and maintain communication with all related stakeholders
Promote rollout in our laboratories and assist with changes after golive
Contribute to other digitization projects
Improve the culture of business process reengineering with a focus on valuechain and total quality

Further Information:

\- 38,5h per Week

\- Travel twice in three months to Detroit/USA
