In the automotive sector, the cost-intensive tool Vector CANoe is often used for the development of residual bus simulations. In order to save costs, alternative tools are to be analyzed with regard to the necessary requirements and parts of existing remaining bus simulations are to be ported to an alternative suitable tool


Your Tasks:

  • Familiarization with CANoe and the project environment
  • Analysis of the suitability of alternative tools for the required use cases
  • Porting the functionality of existing residual bus simulations

Necessary Skills:

  • Ongoing studies in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Knowledge of vehicle networking and knowledge of bus systems such as CAN and Automotive Ethernet
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills

Desired Skills:

  • Ideally experience with Vector CANoe and CAPL
  • Programming knowledge (C, Python, or similar) desirable
  • Your high analytical way of thinking, initiative and responsible nature characterize you
