Responsibilities:

Support of the contract managers in the area of Sales
Contract Management Europe with daily business tasks
Assistance in processing and checking customer specific requirements / contracts
Active participation in meetings and contract discussions
Collaboration in the development of sample contracts and contract clauses as well as process instructions for the operational areas (bestpractice solutions)
Support in projects

Qualifications:

Studies in business law, corporate law, business administration or similar studies with legal specialization
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills (correspondence / mail / international calls in English)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills
Independent, precise and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team
The internship is a mandatory part of your studies
You are available for a period of at least 4 months, preferably longer, starting January 2024 or February 2024
