As a
Group Strategy Intern
at Westwing, you will play a key role in supporting to shape and drive the company's strategic priorities.

From day one on, you will take on analytical and operational tasks and gain valuable experience being part of the Group Strategy team.

Working alongside a highly skilled, dynamic, and diverse team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop quickly, with plenty of room for growth and a steep learning curve.

This position is located in
Munich and
limited to 3-6 months. The ideal start date would be
June 15, 2023.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- work on strategic and highly relevant topics, such as growth plans, artificial intelligence or brand positioning
- identify and own information sources, gather and interpret data, and execute analyses to translate into meaningful insights for the Group Strategy Department
- conduct in-depth research on topics related to Westwing's strategic priorities, such as market trends, competitor analyses, or industry best practices
- collect and analyze data to help the department make informed decisions, which may involve working with large data sets, creating spreadsheets or charts, and identifying trends or patterns
- conduct stakeholder interviews and provide administrative assistance as needed
- support ongoing strategic projects and strategy processes by creating high-quality presentations for senior management

YOU COME WITH
- studies in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a comparable course of study
- initial practical experience in relevant areas such as Strategy Consulting or Business Development
- excellent analytical skills and strength in prioritization
- independent, responsible, and structured approach to work, with a goal-oriented mindset
- friendly, communicative, discrete, and motivated personality
- strong MS Office skills - particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- excellent written and spoken language skills in both German and English
