We are actively seeking an
Associate to support the
Asset Operations team** in our mission to enable everyone in the world to have access to clean, reliable, affordable and locally generated energy.

What Asset Operations does:

Asset Operations looks after the clean energy assets that bullfinch owns, e.g. PVsystems and battery storages. We lease most of our green assets to homeowners against a monthly rent (Solar Rent)
The Asset Operations team ensures that all our green assets are performing well, in cooperation with a network of onground technical service partners
We also make sure that the contractual obligations from and towards customers are met (e.g. rental payments) and that customer queries are well taken care of

What you will do:

Work together with our installation and clean tech partners to coordinate the smooth acquisition of newly built assets by bullfinch
Conduct our continuous asset examination processes and create regular reportings for management
Resolve data queries and customer inquiries in cooperation with our installers and clean tech partners or in direct end customer contact
Help us to further standardize and automate our processes and information flows

You will be great in this position if:

You have minimum 2 years of working experience in a customer facing role
You have finished your apprenticeship in the banking sector, the insurance industry or in another commercial field
You are an analytical mind, you pay attention to detail and you are good at proactive problem solving
You can summarize and communicate information well to your team, partners, and customers
You have experience in designing, updating and following standard processes
You know the basics of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
You are fluent in
German (
min. C2 level) and advanced in
English
(min. B2 level)
