With the aim of developing our organization further and our customer pool growing fast, we are now seeking a


Pharmaceutical Customer Success Specialist** based in Germany to be part of our Customer Success team.


Dear life science focused customer success expert, can you recognize yourself from the following? You have passion for building superb customer experience and know how to work with the healthcare sector stakeholders especially pharmacies and hospital pharmacies.

With your previous experience in a similar role and e.g.

from working in a pharmacy, you have gained an organized way of working and efficient communication skills; this helps you excel in providing the best possible customer service for CurifyLabs customers.

You are used to driving many projects and nurturing multiple customer relationships at the same time. You're excellent at managing your own time and you don't need a micromanager telling what you to do.

You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders internally and externally - ultimately acting as that important voice of the customer in the company.


A typical day in your new role would include the following tasks:

  • Supporting customers to best harness the CurifyLabs products and service offering
  • maximizing value, supporting sales and enabling revenue growth for the company
  • Executing on activities with customers remotely and onsite all the way from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle aiming at achieving consistent customer satisfaction establishing and maintaining customer relationships to support customer retention
  • Executing on processes for intel and data gathering from customers to enable and support CurifyLabs produt development towards the most optimal product market fit and safeguarding the best customer experience acting as the voice of the customer in the company
  • Supporting sales in closing deals and identifying business opportunities at the current customers

We think you might have the following background:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, preferably in pharmacy
  • Proficiency in German and English, other languages a plus
  • Experience in customer facing and relationship building roles e.g. customer success, sales, marketing or similar
  • Previous experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical sector e.g. working in a pharmacy preferred
