- Koordination und fachliche Führung aller Qualitätsthemen im Projekt
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung der qualitätsseitigen Aktivitäten im Produktentstehungsprozess für E/E–Komponenten
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie normativen Vorgaben und Ableitung entsprechender Qualitätsziele und -maßnahmen
- Koordination und Planung der Prüftechnologiekonzeption von Prototypen bis hin zur Serienproduktion
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Qualitätsstrategie im Projekt sowie deren Umsetzung mittels Review von Arbeitspaketen
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsorganisation im E/E–Umfeld
- Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung von Projektrisiken und Schwachstellen, sowie der Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Begleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsbereich, idealerweise in der Elektronik
- Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitäts- und Technologieprozesse sowie in Qualitätsmanagementmethoden
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise im internationalen Umfeld
