The key responsibilities for the Interim ServiceNow Architect resource would include:
- Collaborating with our internal teams to analyze, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure successful platform configuration and customization.
- Conducting thorough assessments of existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including system specifications, workflows, and technical documentation.
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of our internal ServiceNow team members.
Ideally, the resource we are seeking should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, preferably with a focus on IT service management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including but not limited to modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
