Job Summary:

Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional with a strong, proven, and successful background in leadership to fill a critical COMLOG Program integrator role supporting the Patriot Missile Program Office and the COMLOG Joint Venture located in Schrobenhausen, Germany.

COMLOG is a joint venture between Raytheon and MBDA Germany focused on Patriot Missile maintenance activities, through PMF-3, as well as new build GEM-T missile round integration for the NSPA customer, representing multiple European NATO nations procuring and maintaining Patriot missiles of varying configurations.

As a Program Integrator, you're a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership.

You're able to lead and influence cross-functional teams to initiate and manage the setup, development, and implementation of solutions as part of the COMLOG organization to plan for and execute the NSPA GEM-T Missile Round Tech refresh and Missile Round procurement program.

In this highly visible role, you're the integrator for Patriot Program Management Office (PMO), located locally in Bavaria, Germany to support the COMLOG joint venture to execute this new build missile procurement program.

This role will report to the COMLOG Project Manager and Managing director assigned for this contract.

This position is a 2 year international assignment.

• This position is an Onsite role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule with the anticipation that the employee will work at the MBDA Germany/COMLOG facility in Schrobenhausen, Germany, on a routine basis _

Key activities which you will be responsible for:

• Working in a diverse international environment (Germany) with German nationals as well as the potential to work with Spanish nationals and communicating with NSPA and NATO Patriot partner nations.
• Support the liaison with the Raytheon, COMLOG and NSPA organization to identify, address, and followup on all programmatic requirements.
• Primary point of contact for the presentations, communications, and program deliverables. Prepare The team Program Review Meetings (PRMs) each year will be contractual exchanges between COMLOG and NSPA.
• Assure compliance with all US and German Export Regulations (ITAR/EAR and German war weapons) and Raytheon/COMLOG business management processes for technical discussions and exports/transfers/retransfers.
• Identify and assure tracking of program and technical risks and assist in the development of solutions to mitigate or eliminate the impact of the risks. Additionally, identify opportunities to realize benefits to both COMLOG and Raytheon.
• Assist the COMLOG team with the development of necessary command media (business management) processes related to technical processes to develop COMLOG's prime contracting responsibilities for this new build procurement project.
• Act as a translator for any business conducted in German

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 8 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in program or project management
• Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools
• Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development
• Experience with external customer interface
• Knowledge of the Patriot Air Defense System, experience supporting a program or a product line related to Patriot Missile.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Program Management Level 6 certification
• Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and collaboration
• 5 years of experience as an IPT lead, program integrator or program manager
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
• Experience on Patriot programs
• Prior experience interacting with international customers
• Experience with Localization/Offset execution
• Knowledge of the Patriot Missile system with a preferred focus on the GEM-T configuration/variant.
• Experience with Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management, contract and subcontract management or execution.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work in an IPT environment.
