Tasks

Identify and challenge business requirements, speak to developers, clients, stakeholders
Work on reports, analytical concepts, coordination of IT developments
Create a user friendly work environment for improved customer service experience
Be involved in project management as support to the IT Department

Requirements:

Experience as project manager or product owner
Ideally experience in transformation projects from the customer service area
Experience with Sales Force or Marketing Cloud or Google Analytics
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and create and implement business concepts
Excellent communication skills
