- Als Werkstudent Customer Success (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser Customer Success Management, die unsere B2B-Kund:innen auf dem Kundenlebenszyklus betreuen
- Du hilfst uns dabei, Visable und unsere digitalen Plattformen wlw & europages bestmöglich bei unseren B2B-Kund:innen zu positionieren, um ihr Interesse an der Nutzung unserer Produkte zu wecken
- Du sammelst Feedback und Erkenntnisse und teilst diese mit internen Abteilungen, um die Entwicklung kundenorientierter Strategien und die Verbesserung neuer Funktionen zu unterstützen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Customer Success Manager:innen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Service die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen erfüllt
- Du bist immatrikuliert und bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche für uns verfügbar
- Deine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kundenaffinität zeichnen Dich aus
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und weißt, wie man Aufgaben richtig priorisiert
- Du bist online-affin und kannst Dich in digitale Tools schnell einarbeiten oder bringst bereits Erfahrungen mit
- Du fühlst Dich in einem schnell wachsenden und sich verändernden Umfeld wohl, kannst Dich schnell auf Herausforderungen einstellen und behältst eine positive Einstellung
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
