Job Purpose**For this position a dedicated, motivated and creative person is needed who will be responsible for administrative, financial and organizational activities for the local office based in Ettlingen.


Key responsibilities and tasks:


  • Accounts Receivable from dunning to cash in our automated system.


  • Accounts Payable including:

  • Invoice verification, Order Approvals, Booking of AP
  • Handling and booking of the travel expenses
  • Customer management and supplier management
  • Preparatory accounting activities for accounts payable
  • Fleet Management,
  • General administrative tasks, office management, including some location specific HR/Personnel and insurance tasks
  • Master data maintenance

Qualifications:


  • A commercial education
  • An affinity for numbers and a structured way of working
  • Accounting skills
  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as Industriekauffrau /Kaufmann or Bürokauffrau /Kaufmann

Relevant Experience:


  • At least 5 years of experience in the commercialadministrative field
  • Professional experience in a technical product or software environment
  • Professional international experience

Skills:


  • Good communication skills in dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Fluent German and advanced English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Organisational talent as well as a flexible and reliable way of working.
  • Confident handling of IT and MS Office programmes
  • Serviceorientated and uses initiative
  • The ability to manage and organize an office.
