  • Als EHS Experte Contractor Management (m/w/d) übernehme Sie die Betreuung von Bauvorhaben im Bereich Hochbau, Tiefbau und Anlagenbau hinsichtlich der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien.
  • Sie wirken auf die Einhaltung der Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzvorgaben hin durch regelmäßige Begehungen und einen ausgeprägten Kontakt zu den Ausführenden vor Ort.
  • Die Beratung und fachliche Unterstützung der Bauherren sowie Bau- und Projektleitern bei der Ermittlung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Arbeits- und Gesundheitsgefahren bei Neu- und Umbauprojekten gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
  • Sie führen Ereignisuntersuchung, inkl. Ursachenermittlung als Beitrag zum kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess des Kontraktoren-Managements durch und stellen die nachhaltige Pflege des Kontraktorenmanagements sicher.
  • Die Erstellung der nach BaustellV notwendige Pflichtdokumentation ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Dafür sind Sie eng in das Team der Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit für die Heraeus Standorte im Rhein-Main-Gebiet eingebunden.

    • Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Studium der Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, vorzugsweise im Bereich Sicherheitsingenieurwesen bzw. Bauingenieurwesen oder eine Meister-/Techniker Qualifikation zuzüglich mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Baugewerbe, idealerweise mit Projekterfahrung auf Baustellen des Hoch-, Tief- oder Anlagenbaus
  • Qualifikation zur Fachkraft (m/w/d) für Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise Zusatzqualifikationen in den Themengebieten baulicher Brandschutz, Arbeitsstättenrecht
  • Qualifikation zum Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination (SiGeKo) nach RAB 30
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB, HOAI, den gängigen Normen, sowie dem Regelwerk der Technik
  • Teamfähig, flexibel, überzeugend, durchsetzungsstark, verlässlich und kommunikativ
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Bereich der praktischen Gefahrenabwehr / Umgang mit Betriebsstörungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme/Mitwirkung im EHS-Bereitschaftsdienst in der Rhein-Main-Region, dafür ist ein PKW-Führerschein erforderlich
