Your tasks:


  • Support of the entire team, as well as the department manager, in all organizational and administrative activities with a high sense of responsibility and a high degree of independence
  • Interface for other areas as well as for internal and external contacts
  • Planning and coordination of the onboarding of new internal and external employees
  • Schedule Management
  • Support of external partners and processing of (software) orders from contacting the suppliers to order processing, as well as invoice verification and control Procurement and management of workplace equipment, office supplies, etc.
  • Planning and organization of internal and external meetings, workshops and events, as well as their preparation and followup
  • Support of Project Management Office (PMO) in the implementation of the monthly closing (performance entry and accrual, invoice verification, etc.) in close cooperation with the controlling

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial or comparable vocational training or studies
  • Professional experience in an assistant function
  • High degree of care and reliability, as well as structured, independent, and proactive way of working
  • Experience in controlling and budget planning
  • Excited about Analytics, new topics and a dedicated team player (M/F/d)
  • Strong communication skills and confident appearance
  • Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ideally basic knowledge of MS SharePoint, SAP SRM, VIM
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
