You Have:


  • 6+ years of experience with military operations or strategy
  • 2+ years of experience supporting highlevel headquarters staff, including component, TSOC, CCMD, Service HQ, or Joint Staff
  • Experience developing talking points and briefing materials for General or Flag Officers
  • Experience producing clientready products and written materials for the DoD
  • Ability to inform, develop, and support innovative solutions to complex problems that align with client strategic objectives
  • Ability to be a selfstarter, manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment, work independently and as part of a team, analyze complex data, and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work on a client site
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:


  • Experience at the headquarters level of a military command, including Joint Staff, CCMD, or Service HQ
  • Experience facilitating or planning events, conferences, or workshops
  • Knowledge of formal DoD staffing and coordination processes
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in International Relations, Foreign Policy, Security Studies, European Affairs, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
