We are currently looking for a
Fitting Process Engineer Electrical for our location in Mannheim
, Germany
We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow.

We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signaling and digital mobility solutions.

Main Responsabilities:


Ensure through Advance Industrial QCD respect on delivery to internal customers:

  • Ensure respect planning and budget agreed with internal stakeholders with progress follow-up

Ensure QCD respect on delivery of Electrical Harness and Cubicles to integration site

  • First Time right: produce harnesses and cubicles with required configuration (no missing parts, rigorous change mgt)
  • Check that industrial capabilities of manufacturing site are in line with project needs
  • Leverage synergies in Engineering and Manufacturing to improve productivity and reduce diversity on Manufacturing Sites (only one "End to End" methodology) with TAID Manager support

Other:


  • Ensure continuous improvement
  • Develop methods to accurately forecast and budget the Electrical Industrie activities at Tender stage

Competencies & Skills

  • Degree in Electrical Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing (preferably Electrical product)
  • Knowledgeable of Electrical product
- knowledge of Industrial and Quality tools and standards (FMEA, DELMIA, 8D, SAP)

  • Very good Communication (information sharing), Proactivity and customer focus
  • English and German fluent (read, write, speak)
  • Able to work in an international, multisite and matrix organization structure
