Your tasks:
Ensure that the electricity billing processes in the operations area at Iberdrola are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the German market and achieve a high quality of service for our customers.
Comprehensive cooperation in the field of operations in the context of projects such as the introduction of new IT tools
Definition, monitoring and implementation of billing processes in the area of SLP and RLM electricity for industrial and bundled customers
Contact person:in for sales, aftersales service and marketing for energyrelated issues
Your profile:
Completed commercial vocational training or higher education as well as professional experience in the above-mentioned field, preferably with an energy supply company
Practical knowledge in market communication electricity
Enjoy teamoriented work, especially in an intercultural and multilingual working environment
Very good knowledge of German and English, good knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
