Based in Waiblingen (Headquarters), we develop, produce, and distribute solutions for both the pharmaceutical and food industries.

In the pharmaceutical sector, our focus is on technologies for processing oral solid dosage forms such as tablets and capsules.

For the food industry, our portfolio includes packaging solutions for dry food products such as coffee and flour.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Data Science and actively contribute to the success of the digital finance transformation at Syntegon.

Developing of targeted datadriven solution with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
Explore internal and external data sets to develop robust models and algorithms enabling informed decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Visualization of data models into insightful reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain enterprise data generative AI chatbot solutions to meet evolving needs of our department.
Coordinate and lead projects with regards to automation and process optimization or process mining (e. g. Power Automate, KNIME, Celonis).

Qualifications

University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
First experience in data modeling, algorithm development or data science.
A deep understanding of data analytics and machine learning.
Familiarity with financial concepts and metrics (e. g. financial statements or profitandlossanalysis) is a plus.
Very good knowledge in MS Office, Power BI and Power Automate.
Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken).
Experience in working with KNIME or Celonis is a plus.
