Aufgaben

We are seeking an Intern Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) (M/F/d) to join our team in Munich.

This unique position is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and develop their entrepreneurial skills.

As an EIR, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team (most notably the CFO/COO), contribute to strategic initiatives, and gain exposure to various aspects of our business.

This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for entrepreneurship and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Tasks:

Assist in the execution of key projects (e.g., int. expansion) and initiatives by providing research, analysis, and operational support.
Contribute to the development of business plans, financial models, and growth strategies.
Conduct market research, customer surveys, and data analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to validate ideas through market research, prototyping, and customer feedback.
Demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset by identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution within given timelines and resources.
Support the leadership team in conducting daytoday operations (e.g., (investor) reporting, hiring, and presentations).

Qualifikation

A strong interest in entrepreneurship and a desire to pursue a career in startups or venture capital.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and critically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Demonstrated leadership potential and a track record of academic or professional achievements.
Familiarity with business concepts, financial modeling, and market research techniques is a plus.
A bachelor's or master's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
Very good German & English skills (both necessary).
