Within the department of "Engineering products and services (TP)" we consider ourselves to be a driving force in promoting the paradigm change from classic vehicle development to agile software development.

We are aiming to become a continuously innovative leader in creating cutting edge Automotive Developer Experiences for people with a passion for software.

As one team we help the Developer Community to be efficient and compliant while enjoying using our products.


We invite you to join a cross-functional, multinational team of PMT experts enable all CARIAD development areas to use aligned engineering processes, methods and tools and thus enable the development of the software-enabled car.


As a specialist for our external demands, you are part of the Business Support Team and shape the strategic development of our partner landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Act as central contact person within the TP domain for the coordination of all ordering topics and coordinating division and board approvals for orders.
  • Lead regular Jour Fixe meetings with TP Solution teams to execute operational order management topics and to further improve order management practices.
  • Analyze our existing partner landscape and derive recommendations for our teams
  • Concept and implement of a strategic supplier landscape for the TP Solution including the setup of crossdivisional and crossbrand frame contracts.
  • Further develop the processes and tools related to the order management and coordination with the affected stakeholders (purchase, finance
- & IT-department).

  • Support with special projects, e.g., strategy and partnership discussions that involve the supplier or ordering perspectives or analyses
  • Transfer the demands of our products in a consolidated and longtermoriented partner landscape
  • Develop and use data analytics for enhanced transparency

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Completed studies in the field of economics, engineering or comparable training
  • Several years of previous working experience in project management, PMT or purchasing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present complex ordering or partnering topics to several senior stakeholders incl. Head of TP
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ideally, experienced in data analysis with MS PowerBI and Jira, Confluence
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
