The Gaming Solutions tribe is responsible for developing and providing clients with iGaming products and Virtual Sports products, which offer visualisation and betting on simulated sports to drive additional engagement and revenue opportunities for sportsbooks.

We build the products using computer vision and world-class motion capture technology and the company's real sports data to produce the most realistic Gaming Solutions in the market.

Virtual Sports ensures clients have a 24/7 offering with a betting experience just like real sports, even when real events aren't on.

The Gaming Solutions portfolio includes a range of Virtual Football tournaments, Virtual Basketball, Virtual Horses, Virtual Dogs, Virtual Tennis In-Play, Virtual Baseball In-Play, and Virtual Cricket In-Play.

Reporting to the Head of Programme Management for the Fan Engagement vertical, this role is responsible for the programme management for all product delivery initiatives in Gaming Solutions.

They will lead a diverse team to ensure a smart and agile delivery of strategies within the tribe.

The role will drive efficiency, rigour and excellence in terms of aligning the strategies of the group, the vertical and engineering group into the tribe programmes.

A key focus will be ensuring the coordination of complex programmes across teams (Tribes) and functional groups, whilst keeping key stakeholders fully up-to-date on status (including facilitating impediment resolution and managing risks).

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Ensure the successful implementation of the Programme Delivery Framework, responsibilities, services and deliverables in an agile delivery context.
Servant leadership to optimise the team capabilities to drive high quality and efficient delivery to maximise business outcomes
Help shape and evolve the processes and principles to improve the consistency and effectiveness of programme delivery execution; improving predictability, alignment and visibility.
Evolve and embed programme control and governance.
Provide planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting.
Implement governance and consistent prioritisation process across projects.
Ensure crossprogramme (crosstribe) dependencies are managed effectively.
Ensure transparent and regular reporting / interactions with the key stakeholders to ensure delivery status is clearly understood and timely decisions can be taken.
Ensure the business outcome from large programmes are identified, quantified and measured.
Responsible for compiling financial and KPI information so that initiatives are kept on track and within quality criteria.
Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across programmes.
Maximize efficiency in the delivery through an effective project organization
Maintain and update a Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register.
Coordinate key delivery closure retrospectives to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are in place.

YOUR PROFILE:
Desired Professional Background

Previous experience of project management in a highgrowth digital company, operating a Spotify delivery model.
Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing a diverse range of projects and programmes (e.g. small/large/complex) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
